Obituary for Laurence Levine

Laurence  Levine
Laurence Levine, 65, of Coconut Creek passed away August 22, 2016. Born in Manhattan, he worked for 30 years in Law Enforcement with the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority before retiring in Florida. He was active with the TBTA Union served as a 2nd Vice President and Legislative Director. He also served in the Navy Reserves and was deployed for active duty on the USS America CVA/CV-66 during Vietnam. His hobbies included fishing, politics, and food! His family remembers him as "stubborn" but had a heart of gold and everybody loved him.

He leaves behind his wife, Krystyna; sisters Barbara (Philip) Blumenfield, Linda Anderson; brother Richard S. Levine; nieces Michele (Kurt) Lukstein, Diana and Lauren Levine; nephews Jay (Meredith) Schneider, and Andrew Levine
