Ruth E. Mirjah
Ruth Mirjah passed way peaceably on July 23, 2017 at her home in Tamarac, Fla. She is pre-decreased by her husband John in 2012. Ruth was born August 22, 1929 in New York City. She graduated Washington Irving High School. Ruth worked for many years at the Borden Company in their data processing department before moving to Morris Township in 1969. She worked many years for Jersey Central Power & Light in various capacities.
Beloved mother of Tara d’Elia and Raj Mirjah, grandmother to Ben & Alexandra Mirjah, mother-in-law of Thomas d’Elia, dear cousin of Vernie Gomes and her family, loving sister-in-law and good friend to many. Ruth’s fun and loving nature will be sorely missed.
Visitation in South Florida at Savino Weissman Funeral Home will take place on Thursday, July 27th 2017 from 4-8PM.
Hours of visitation in New Jersey will be on Sunday, July 30, 2017 from 2-5pm at Doyle Funeral Home, 106 Maple Ave., Morristown, NJ 07960 (www.doylefh.com). Interment Monday, July 31, 2017 at 10:00am at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover, NJ
